Cutting Boards

This is a bunch of stuff done years ago
I'll try to find more AND better pictures of it,
I can't do wood work any more due to the way my back is at this point.
I'd really love to but
the standing , bending and movement NOW produces more pain than woodworking fun.

I started making cutting boards originally as presents for people.
The first were Christmass presents for my family and In Laws
Over the years , I have made varities of different types of cutting boards ,
from very small ones to some that could be hung on walls or large professionally used ones.
I had started selling them , either custom made to order
or I would at times make a dozen or so of them from scrap wood .
I usually got between $25-$500 for a cutting board depending on size , type of wood used
and whether or not I was making a single board or if I was able to make multiple boards at once. I still have a lot of wood waiting for the day my pain levels drop.
I still have about 6 cutting boards that were almost complete when my back went and enough pieces cut to make 50 cutting boards waiting to be glued up.
Some day maybe I'll try finishing the last 6 that are in my work shop ,
They need to be sanded , finished with mineral oil to be complete.
They all are very beautiful and each unique in that none of the cutting boards were made the same ,
each was a unique piece of wood with variations in wood sizes and glue up designs.
