Chronic Pain Articles and website links

To regain control of your life, it is important to learn how to cope with chronic pain.
Although your pain may never go away,
it is possible to reduce pain levels and, more importantly, to improve the quality of your life
Pain management can make a significant difference in your life but YOU must realize
that much of what results you gain from pain management will be up to you.
Don't rely on the doctors to run your life - TAKE CONTROL of YOUR PAIN by being informed
I am not a "professional nor do I claim to be an expert on anything except
on how I live and deal with constant pain.
Truthfully I wish I had access to more information before my 2nd surgery and spinal fusion.

These articles have been reprinted WITHOUT perrmission from the sources ,
hopefully they won't mind And if they do I will remove it upon request

First section contains various web site links

Feel free to offer me other site links or articles to post here.

Remember , we , the chronic pain sufferers are the ones living with this
